Programs

Is your child interested in learning how to play the drum set but you don’t know where to start? Sign them up for the Pinole Valley Summer Break Drumming classes taught by a professional drummer and drum instructor with twenty years of teaching experience. Each session will be an exciting, well rounded course learning stick control, time keeping, rhythmic phrasing, drum set coordination and with an emphasis on musicality behind the drum set. Each student will be provided a set of earplugs, drum sticks, and a printed curriculum to keep as part of the fee.
A practice pad will be provided in-session only but it is highly recommended that a drum pad is purchased separately for home practice.
Children will be divided into appropriate age groups.
The 6/24 class will be held at the Pinole Youth Center 635 Tennet Ave.
